How to Use Content Refresh#

Step 1: Open Content Refresh#

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Click Dashboard → Knowledge in the navbar

You'll see all your units, fleets, and locations with their current content status.

Step 2: Preview AI Suggestions#

1. Find the item you want to refresh
2. Click Preview
3. Review the AI-generated content side-by-side with your current content

The preview shows:

• Current content (left)
• AI suggestion (right)
• Differences highlighted

Step 3: Apply or Modify#

To apply as-is:

• Click Apply to save the AI content

To modify first:

1. Edit the suggested content in the preview
2. Make your adjustments
3. Click Apply

Step 4: Verify Changes#

After applying:

• The item updates immediately
• A success message confirms the change
• The change is recorded in version history

Content Generation Steps#

When you run a full refresh, AI generates content in steps:

For Units#

1. Body Content — Compelling description of the rental
2. Headlines & SEO — Title, meta description, search-friendly content
3. Key Features — Bullet points highlighting what makes this unit special

For Fleets#

1. Marketing Copy — Category-level description
2. Headlines & SEO — Fleet title and meta content

For Locations#

1. Body Content — Description of the pickup location
2. Headlines & SEO — Location title and meta content

Bulk Operations#

Refresh multiple items at once:

Bulk Preview#

1. Select multiple items using checkboxes
2. Click Bulk Preview
3. Review all AI suggestions at once
4. Apply individually or all together

Bulk Apply#

1. Select items to refresh
2. Click Bulk Apply
3. AI generates and applies content to all selected items

Use bulk operations when setting up a new fleet or after adding multiple units.

Version History#

Every content change is tracked:

View History#

1. Click History on any item
2. See all previous versions with timestamps
3. View who made each change (you or AI)

Revert to Previous Version#

1. Open the history panel
2. Find the version you want to restore
3. Click Revert

Your content returns to that version immediately.

Compare Versions#

1. Click Compare on a history entry
2. See side-by-side comparison
3. Understand exactly what changed

Full Refresh#

For a complete content overhaul:

1. Click Full Refresh on an item
2. AI regenerates ALL content fields from scratch
3. Review the comprehensive update
4. Apply if satisfied

Full refresh replaces all AI-generatable fields. Your manual customizations in those fields will be overwritten.

What AI Considers#

When generating content, AI analyzes:

• Unit details — Make, model, year, capacity
• Fleet category — Boats, UTVs, kayaks, etc.
• Location information — Address, local attractions
• Your business — Business name, type, target customers
• Industry best practices — Conversion-focused copy

Tips for Best Results#

Provide Good Base Data#

The more information you provide about your units, the better the AI content:

• Complete specifications (capacity, dimensions, features)
• Good quality photos
• Accurate fleet categorization

Review Before Publishing#

Always review AI suggestions before applying:

• Check for accuracy
• Ensure it matches your brand voice
• Verify specifications are correct

Use for Inspiration#

Even if you don't apply AI content directly:

• Use it as a starting point
• Borrow phrases or structure
• Get ideas for what to highlight

Access Requirements#

Content Refresh is available to:

• Super Admins
• Admins

Managers and staff members cannot access the Content Refresh panel.
