"Appropriate Content" refers to any material uploaded by Business Users and End Users that is lawful, non-offensive, and relevant to the service provided by RecSystems.com. It must not contain any of the following: obscene or pornographic material; hate speech; defamatory statements; personal attacks; material infringing on intellectual property rights of others; or any content promoting illegal activity.
Proper Use:
"Proper Use" of the RecSystems.com platform means utilizing the services and tools as intended under these Terms of Service and in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Payment Collection:
The booking fee paid by the renters is collected as part of the transaction process. The exact timing of fee collection may vary depending on the specific rental agreement and payment terms established between the renter and the Merchant.

Payment processing for transactions between renters and Merchants is securely and efficiently facilitated by Rainforest Pay. This arrangement ensures timely and accurate financial handling throughout the rental process.
