Fixed gift card totals for staff reservations

We've fixed an issue where applying gift cards or discount codes to staff-made reservations showed the wrong amounts in the order summary. Charges and receipts now matched the discounted total, so you avoided accidental overcharges and reduced time spent correcting payments and reconciling end-of-day totals.
