Cleaner unit forms with category-specific fields

You can now add and edit units with forms that matched the category you selected, so you saw only the fields that applied. Enum options (like cabana type) appeared as dropdowns instead of text boxes, and vehicle-only fields like Year/Make/Model/Engine stayed hidden for resort amenities and tours—reducing mistakes and speeding up setup.
