Cleaner two-column layout in Rex Import Wizard

We've improved the Rex Import Wizard with a consistent two-column layout, showing Rex guidance on the left and your import actions (like file upload) on the right. Step 3 also loaded dynamically instead of all at once, so the wizard felt faster and stayed more responsive while you worked through the import.
