Faster, more complete import column mapping

We've rewritten the import wizard’s column mapping so it finished in about 10–30 seconds instead of taking 2–5+ minutes. You can now map all required cart and booking fields in one pass, which meant cleaner calendars and more accurate reporting after every import.
