Charge delivery fees by distance from locations

You can now set up locations with GPS coordinates and mileage-based pricing, including per-mile rates and free miles. This let you automatically charge delivery or pickup fees based on distance, so you covered fuel and labor costs without manual math. We also improved the onboarding wizard so locations and mileage fees were set up more accurately from day one.
