Import Wizard now completes bookings reliably

We've fixed critical issues in the Universal Booking Import Wizard so you could successfully save column mappings, move between steps, and finish an import without getting stuck. Imports now created real booking records and properly completed, so you could get historical reservations into RecSystems faster and start taking new bookings with confidence.
