Step 3 mapping updates faster with live progress

We've fixed Step 3 so the column mapping screen updated correctly as soon as mapping finished, and the Columns identified indicator stopped spinning when results were ready. We've also sped up mapping and added clearer live progress during the process, so you spent less time waiting and reloading while setting up your data.
