Stopped unexpected add-ons from auto-selecting

We fixed an issue where selecting or deselecting one add-on in the cart sometimes caused other add-ons to be selected unexpectedly. We also improved delivery location visibility in dashboard booking views, so staff saw where to deliver at a glance and avoided missed or incorrect drop-offs.
