Fixed staff reservation submit button not enabling

We've fixed an issue where the Submit button on the staff reservations form sometimes stayed disabled even after all required fields were completed for manual or card payments. You can now complete staff-made reservations without re-clicking fields or guessing what was missing, which helped keep counter checkouts moving smoothly.
