More consistent report exports in live and test

We've improved report exports by saving a snapshot of the export details at the time you ran it, so the numbers and settings stayed consistent when you downloaded or re-opened the export. We've also ensured export calculations respected whether you ran them in live or test mode, which helped prevent confusing mismatches in billing and revenue reporting.
