Choose maintenance type and clearer schedule labels

You could now selected a maintenance type from a dropdown when creating or updating maintenance, which reduced manual typing and kept records consistent. We also improved maintenance schedule labels so you could understood timing at a glance and avoided accidental overlaps with customer bookings.
