Apply promo codes and edit quantities in cart

You could now apply or remove promotional codes directly from Modify Cart, so discounts got handled without restarting a booking. We also added a quantity editor on each booking line, which made it faster to adjust item counts during phone orders or walk-ins and cut down on rework at checkout.
