Clearer payment due and refund due summary

We've improved the Modify Cart payment summary so it showed either Payment Due or Refund Due based on the change. When a card was on file, the panel also showed the card brand and last 4 digits, so you confirmed the payment method at a glance and reduced checkout confusion.
