Cleaner cart totals with clearer breakdown

We've improved the cart price summary so totals and fees displayed more consistently and matched the underlying amounts. Zero-balance gift card lines were suppressed, and an Added Before Gift Cards (ABGC) tooltip was added so customers understood what they paid before gift cards were applied.
