Staff cart hold timer stayed accurate on refresh

We've fixed an issue where the cart hold countdown reset every time staff refreshed the reservations screen. You can now rely on the hold timer to stay accurate across page reloads, which helped prevent accidental hold extensions and reduced confusion during busy check-ins.
