How Suggestions Work
Suggestions aren't random. Rex analyzes your current situation and ranks what matters most:
- Looks at your data — Overdue rentals, balances, bookings, weather, fleet status
- Ranks by priority — Urgent items first (overdue returns > outstanding balances > tomorrow prep)
- Shows the top 3 — As tappable suggestion chips in Rex Chat
- Updates after each interaction — Fresh suggestions after every response
Suggestion Types (By Priority)
Overdue Returns (Highest Priority)
When customers haven't returned on time:
I have 3 overdue rentals — help me handle them
Mark the Johnson pontoon as returned
Rex knows exactly which bookings are overdue, by how long, and who to contact.
Outstanding Balances
Money earned but not yet collected:
I have $450 in outstanding balances — help me collect
Rex identifies carts with unpaid balances and can draft payment reminders.
