Quick Answer
To schedule downtime for a unit, go to Account Info > Unit Downtime, click Schedule Downtime, select the unit, choose a downtime type, set the dates/times, and save.

Unit Downtime

The Unit Downtime feature lets you block rental units from availability for maintenance, repairs, cleaning, weather holds, private events, and more. Blocked dates show as unavailable on your calendar and customers cannot book during those times.

Accessing Unit Downtime

Go to Account Info → Unit Downtime to view and manage all downtime blocks.

From here you can:

  • View upcoming, past, or all downtime entries
  • Filter by custom date ranges
  • Schedule new downtime
  • Remove existing downtime blocks

  1. Go to Account Info → Unit Downtime
  2. Click Schedule Downtime

Step 2: Select Unit and Quantity

End: When the unit will be available again

You can set specific times, or check All day to use the unit's schedule times automatically.

Add details about the maintenance:

  • What work is being done
