Taking money and giving it back
Why is my payout delayed or on hold?
There's no video on this page yet. The answer is the real one. When we film it, this same page gets the tape.
Check Stripe for the payout status. Common delays are weekends and holidays, pending verification, or a hold on a new account. The bank can add another 1–2 days after Stripe sends it.

How it actually works
RecSystems does not hold your payout. Stripe pays the bank on the schedule you set.
Easy to mix up
- RecSystems is sitting on Saturday's money.
- Rex can release a Stripe hold.
