The platform fee is computed on the rental subtotal. If the rental is $0 because you used Comp, the platform fee is $0.

How it actually works
Ten percent of zero is zero. Comp is an operator choice on that booking, not a hidden charge.
Easy to mix up
- Comp still bills the 10% against the original rate.
- A $0 rental still generates a Stripe invoice to the shop.
