Saturday at the counter
The line is out the door. Check-in has to keep moving.
QR or lookup gets people out. Some exceptions still need a person.
Each question below is a real shop job. The answer is the RecSystems workflow, not a teaser, and the URL stays the same when we film it.
The answers
How do we get through a slammed Saturday?
RecSystems helps rental operators speed up peak-day check-ins by moving repeatable work before arrival, giving prepared guests a QR or manual fast lane, and keeping exceptions in a separate human-help path.

When does a replacement change what the guest owes?
We have not captured a replacement that changes what the guest owes. Required proof includes a fresh reprice, tax and fee recalculation, what was already paid, and the remaining balance. This page does not invent that charge or refund, and it uses no inferred automatic charge.
Read how to keep the price you promised. Do not treat that as a reprice.

What changes when the guest moves to a different rental window?
We have not captured a guest moving to a new time window. Required proof is the same cart-backed booking, fresh availability in the new window, a price choice, and the saved local time. This page does not invent a reschedule control.
See Saturday check-in. We have not filmed a reschedule yet.
