The moment that matters

Guests are arriving. Your team needs the same plan.

The next group has arrived. Staff need the booking details and your published instructions, while the guest is ready for the checks and welcome your team provides. Bring the reservation into view before repeating the same questions.

Compare your workflow

A good arrival is only part of the day.

Before arrival, bring the booking details and your published instructions together. At pickup, find the booking and focus on the checks and welcome your team provides. Afterward, keep the follow-up or return process appropriate to the booking on your team’s radar. The reservation supports the work; your team completes the physical checks.

  1. Before: the booking details and your published instructions
  2. Together: the checks and welcome your team provides
  3. After: the follow-up or return process appropriate to the booking

Your first step

Bring the booking work forward.

Have the booking details and your published instructions in view before the group arrives. Let staff find the reservation by QR or manual lookup, so the conversation can focus on the checks and welcome your team provides. Choose the handoff where your team repeats information.

  1. Create your account without a credit card.
  2. Explore the customer and staff views.
  3. Choose when to introduce it to your business.

Keep control

Change the process at a pace your team can manage.

Keep a human path for guests who need help. Start with one configured rental and test the customer and staff views together before launch. Coordinate availability during any transition: existing systems do not automatically sync.

Complete pricing

$0/month

$0 setup fee

Default platform fee: 10% booking fee, configured per account. You choose whether you, the renter, or both share it.

Exact treatment can vary by account agreement. No bookings means no platform fee.

Initial setup

Start without a credit card

Start with your account, one rental, availability, and a test booking. Connecting Stripe for live payments is a separate step.

AI-assisted setup still requires you to review extracted details, pricing, and photos.

Safer transition

Switch at your own pace

Choose one source of availability, a cutover date, and the person who will enter changes. Reconcile existing reservations and confirm import scope before moving your public booking link.

The systems do not automatically sync; parallel operation is a deliberate manual transition.

How the booking fee works: a simple example

With a $100 rental subtotal and the standard 10% booking fee, the fee is $10. If your account allocates 30% of that fee to you and 70% to the renter, the renter pays $107 and your amount before other adjustments is $97.

This example excludes taxes, refunds and other adjustments. It illustrates the fee split, not a guaranteed payout. Your account agreement and configured payment flow determine the applicable treatment.

Fees can be collected when payment is taken, including a deposit; “booking fee” does not mean the fee waits until the rental ends. Confirm processing treatment, deposits, cancellations, partial refunds and offline payments with our team for your setup.

Frequently asked questions

Which work can happen before arrival?

Start with the booking details and your published instructions. Use the supported booking messages and instructions for information guests can review early. Keep the checks and welcome your team provides in person.

Does every guest need a QR code?

No. Staff can use manual lookup when a guest cannot use a code. Test that route with your team, including the information needed to locate the booking.

What happens when the rental comes back?

Plan for the follow-up or return process appropriate to the booking. Record the relevant booking information, then complete the checks your team needs before the next guest. Software does not replace those checks.

Can we start during a busy season?

Start with a controlled test of one repeated step. Verify both the normal handoff and a missing requirement before changing the live flow. Coordinate availability if another booking system remains in use.

What happens after you start

  1. 1. Bring the booking work forward.
  2. 2. Test one complete booking with your team.
  3. 3. Review the result with your team before using the live flow.
