Import Wizard analysis ran faster and refreshed live

We fixed several issues in the Import Wizard so analysis updates showed up in real time instead of getting stuck on a loading screen. We also reduced analysis time from 40+ seconds in many cases and prevented duplicate analysis runs when you refreshed the page, so imports finished more reliably with less waiting and fewer repeat tasks.
