Faster Unit Performance potential revenue view

We fixed a critical slowdown when opening the Unit Performance potential revenue panel. Potential revenue calculations used base prices directly, which removed hundreds of redundant price rule lookups and made the view load much faster during day-to-day pricing and utilization checks.
