Reports dashboard KPIs displayed correctly again

We fixed data mapping issues that caused parts of the Reports dashboard to appear empty or broken. You could now reliably view customer segments, repeat rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), no-show rate, and days sales outstanding (DSO) so you could make decisions from accurate numbers.
