Clearer mileage fees across cart and receipts

We've improved mileage-based location fees to display more clearly throughout the booking flow. You could see mileage indicators when modifying a cart, plus a detailed mileage breakdown in the cart summary. Receipts also showed location fees and delivery addresses more consistently, which reduced customer questions and made checkout and reconciliation easier.
