Kept delivery address visible for mileage locations

We fixed an issue where the delivery address form briefly appeared and then disappeared when a customer selected a mileage-based location in the cart. You can now collect delivery details reliably, which reduced checkout confusion and helped prevent missed or incorrect delivery addresses.
