Fixed mileage-based destination fees in cart

We've fixed issues that could have caused mileage-based destination fees to calculate or display incorrectly during checkout. You can now rely on destination fees showing up consistently in the cart, which helped prevent undercharging and reduced back-and-forth with customers about delivery pricing.
