Clearer custom domain setup example

We've updated the example custom domain on the setup page to use rentals.yourcompany.com instead of bookings.yourcompany.com, so it matched how rental businesses branded their online storefront. We've also improved the page layout on different screen sizes, so you could set up your domain more easily from a phone, tablet, or desktop.
