Export Center and per-unit reporting fixed

We fixed issues that prevented the Export Center from generating CSV exports reliably. We also improved Per‑Unit Performance reporting so more bookings correctly mapped to the right unit, which gave you more accurate unit-level revenue and utilization numbers.
