Cancelled bookings stayed locked in Modify Cart

We've improved the dashboard Modify Cart flow by locking cancelled bookings. Cancelled items were clearly labeled and couldn't be edited, which helped prevent accidental changes and reduced confusion when reviewing past reservations.
