Fixed cart edit errors during charges and refunds

We've fixed an error that sometimes interrupted cart changes during charge or refund actions. You can now modify carts more reliably, which helped prevent failed updates at checkout and reduced time spent retrying transactions or troubleshooting. We've also reduced noisy pricing logs so it stayed easier to spot real issues.
