Clearer cart price summary with promo badges

We've improved how the Base Rental amount was calculated in the Modify Cart price summary, so totals matched what you expected more consistently. We've also added promotion attribution badges, so you and your customers saw exactly which discounts applied—reducing pricing questions and speeding up checkout changes.
