Dashboard metrics refreshed faster, plus Payments Queue tile

We've improved the Dashboard Home so key metrics updated automatically when bookings or carts changed, which reduced the need for manual refreshes while you worked. We've also added a Payments Queue tile with pagination, so you could review more payment items in smaller, easier-to-manage pages.
