Gift card discounts updated correctly in staff reservations

We've fixed gift card and promo code behavior in Staff Reservations so the order summary and totals updated immediately when a code was applied or removed. We've also corrected a dollars-and-cents conversion issue that had displayed some discounts incorrectly, so your staff saw accurate totals at checkout.
