Accessing Integrations

From Your Dashboard

  1. Go to Account → Account Info in the top navigation
  2. Click Integrations in the sidebar
  3. Click Configure on any integration to set it up

Integration Status

Each integration shows its current status:

Disconnected Not configured

Setting Up an Integration

General Process

  1. Get credentials — Sign up with the third-party service
  2. Enter API key — Paste credentials into RecSystems
  3. Configure settings — Choose options specific to each integration
  4. Test connection — Verify everything works
  5. Enable — Turn on for live use

Security

  • All API keys and secrets are encrypted at rest
  • Credentials are never exposed in logs or errors
  • Each integration is isolated to your account
  • You can disable integrations at any time

Managing Integrations

Checking Status

The integrations page shows health status for each connection:

  • Last successful sync
  • Any error messages
  • Current configuration

Disconnecting

To disable an integration:

  1. Go to the integration settings
  2. Toggle Enabled off
  3. The integration stops immediately
  4. Your credentials remain saved (can re-enable later)

Removing Completely

To remove all integration data:

  1. Go to the integration settings
  2. Click Remove Integration or clear credentials
  3. All credentials are deleted

Troubleshooting

Integration Not Working

  1. Check credentials — Ensure API keys are correct
  2. Test connection — Use the test button if available
  3. Check status — Look for error messages
  4. Verify account — Ensure your third-party account is active
