Adding Your First Fleet
Adding Your First Fleet
Fleets help you organize your rental inventory into logical groups. Before adding individual rental items, you'll create at least one fleet to contain them.
What is a Fleet?
A fleet is a category or group of similar rental items. Think of it as a folder that holds related equipment.
Examples:
- Pontoon Boats — Contains all your pontoon boats
- Fishing Boats — Contains bass boats and fishing vessels
- Golf Carts — Contains all golf cart rentals
- Kayaks & Paddleboards — Contains water sports equipment
Why Use Fleets?
Organization
Group similar items together for easier management.
Customer Experience
Customers can browse by category on your booking site.
Consistent Categorization
Units within a fleet share common characteristics, making it easier to manage similar items.
Reporting
