Settings & Configuration
Manage every aspect of your RecSystems account from the Settings area. Access settings by navigating to Account → Account Info in the sidebar.
Settings Areas
Business Information
Configure your company name, address, phone number, and other business details. This information appears on your booking site, emails, and receipts.

Timezone
Set your business timezone to ensure booking times display correctly for both your team and customers. All schedules, availability, and booking times reference this setting.
Currency
Choose the currency for your rental pricing, payments, and financial reports. This should match the currency of your payment processor.
Email Templates
Customize the emails sent to customers for booking confirmations, reminders, and other automated communications. Adjust wording, branding, and which emails are active.
Customer Emails
Control which automated emails customers receive throughout the booking lifecycle — from confirmation to post-rental follow-up.
Accessing Settings
- Log in to your RecSystems dashboard
- Click Account in the left sidebar
- Select Account Info
- Choose the settings section you want to configure
All changes save automatically unless otherwise noted.
