Rob's path to RecSystems started in Minocqua, Wisconsin — a small town known for its lakes and summers. He built a boat rental business from scratch, and at the center of its success was a booking process he designed himself. Customers could reserve online, sign waivers digitally, and show up ready to go. It was simple, it worked, and it filled boats.

After selling that business, Rob realized the booking system was the real product. Most rental operators were still stuck with phone calls, paper calendars, and spreadsheets. He'd already solved those problems for himself — now it was time to share it.
