Marco knows the rental industry from the ground level. With a Sales and Marketing degree from Marquette University and seven years selling boat lifts, docks, and trailers across the Midwest, he understands what rental operators deal with every day — because he's been in their world.
At RecSystems, Marco is the bridge between the product and the people who use it. He helps new operators get set up, makes sure existing customers are getting value, and brings real-world feedback back to the team so the product keeps getting better.
His approach is simple: listen first, then help. Operators don't need a sales pitch — they need someone who gets their business and can show them how to make it run smoother. Marco does that by building real relationships, not just handling tickets.
When he's off the clock, Marco is usually skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, or out on the boat with his wife and dog. The same activities his customers love — which is exactly why he understands them so well.
