Bradley Gauthier

Brad built his first website at 12. Twenty-six years later, he's still building — but the stakes are higher. As CTO, he designed and built the entire RecSystems platform: the booking engine, the AI assistant Rex, the availability system, the payment processing, and everything in between.

His background is unusually broad. He studied Business, Psychology, and Economics at St. Norbert College, then spent two decades building software companies including Sitecast.com and Quantum Pipes. That blend of business thinking and technical depth shapes how RecSystems works — every feature is built to solve a business problem, not just a technical one.

Brad's philosophy is straightforward: what is simple should be easy, what is complex should be possible. That's why a rental operator can go live with RecSystems the same day they sign up, while the system underneath handles real-time availability, dynamic pricing, and AI-powered customer support.

When he's not building, Brad is usually in an Airstream with his family, somewhere between Wisconsin's Northwoods and wherever the road goes next.
